Your profile
- Bachelor's degree – advantage: legal studies/ Master's degree.
- 7 years proven experience in HR, out of which 3 years preferably in a similar role,
- Deep understanding of an HR department full cycle activities ,
- Proven experience in applying Romanian labour legislation,
- Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures,
- Ability to plan and organize work and resources,
- High level of attention to details and analytical skills,
- Ethical behaviour and integrity,
- Autonomy, strong customer and result orientation,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure effective project management for personnel administration: relationship with external providers (e.g. personnel administration provider, personnel leasing providers), quality deliverables at agreed standards, within terms and cost follow-up.
- Point of contact with authorities (e.g. ITM), internal and external partners in employee relations issues.
- Create new/Update existing Internal Regulation, operational procedures, templates, guidelines etc.
- Manage successfully the employee life cycle: hire-to retire with the support of collaborators.
- Act as point of contact for managers and employees for personnel admin, internal procedures, and labor legislation related topics, provide guidance in solving the HR related issues.
- Provide support during the negotiation with employees’ representatives and ensure process alignment with the legislation in force.
- Conduct and coordinate the implementation of disciplinary procedures.
- Provide assistance in cases of poor performance and take actions to prevent professional misconduct.
- Manage, together with the HR management and involved stakeholders, the complaints, suggestions, employees’ requests.
- Contribute to other HR policies and procedures design in order to meet the business requirements.
- Act according to the company values and procedures.
- Maintain managers and employees updated on labor legislation and implement the changes in organization.
