How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the cybersecurity learning strategy in the area Industrial Cybersecurity (ICS), which includes cybersecurity of all customer-facing Siemens Energy products, solutions, and services, as well as all manufacturing and production sites.
  • Advise and mentor factory management and workforce teams for security-conscious operations by developing and strategically accompanying cybersecurity trainings in collaboration with our domain experts.
  • Develop qualification and training measures to demonstrate our secure-by-design concept.
  • Participate in an agile team and serve as global Change Partner for all cybersecurity training & awareness programs in the ICS area.
  • Stay updated on business and industry trends to identify new training opportunities and collaborate with partners to coordinate the overall security training strategy.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated work experience in a cybersecurity function, or similar role
  • Expertise in cybersecurity awareness and enablement projects
  • Understanding of different regulatory requirements for training (e.g. NIST, KRITIS, NERC CIP)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (verbal/written)
  • Ability to document methods, data, and work planning
  • Proficient in English, communicative knowledge of German highly advantageous
