Working in a globally diverse team with an open approach that will support you and your development. You will be the catalyst in driving the transformation in collaboration with colleagues in various HR functions and BPO providers. The aim is to improve compliance, accuracy, reduce risks, and enhance controls through the standardization of tools and processes globally. This will create an innovative employee user experience, and a foundation for optimally outsourcing of key HR activities. This is a high-profile, critical project requiring HR process and system expertise. You will help us move away from a legacy blueprint involving manual processes. Your work will play a key role in driving the future HR operating model.


How You will Make an Impact


Work closely with the project team involving all relevant partners. Acting as a bridge between Center of Competences, IT system, Product Owners, corporate and country team representatives. Standardize and harmonize the end-to-end cycle of the hiring, termination of an employee, and knowledge preservation.
Drive identification of requirements for process standardization, harmonization, monitoring, governance of global hiring, termination, knowledge preservation.
Focus areas will include hiring (including recruitment and employee entry), termination of the work relationship with attention on gathering and preserving the current knowledge. Analysing the impact on the process to the HR administration area as well as other areas.
Ensure “As-Is” process is documented and understood using process tools and methodologies.
Identify and collate difficulties and improvement potentials related to process steps and/or system functionalities.
Support on the design of the revised “To-Be” standard process according to the defined global standardization framework using simplification and automation to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Design Employee Experience relevant self-services processes where manual inputs from partners are vital for our HR products.
Provide input for the definition of process critical metrics, implementing controls, and maintaining compliance.
Provide inputs for governance and communication structure for the process.
Develop an implementation a plan for the revised process across all countries to ensure its achievement.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the processes.
Ensure internal and external documentation of processes to build inhouse knowledge.
Implement function-level change management using a strong understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on partners, data, tools, systems, policies, etc.).
Key role in the continuous improvement of the process by Incorporating process methodologies and implementing function-level process improvements, including optimizing, maintaining, and transforming current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


What You Bring

We are looking for HR transformation Consultants who can lead new process design, focused on standardization and improving efficiency and effectiveness, with strong process methodology expertise and a mix of Subject Matter Expertise on the business, systems, and processes.
Strong project management, consultancy, and cross-team collaboration skills are required with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes.
Understand the concept of Employee Experience and how it can impact HR self-service processes.
3 to 5 years´ experience working in business process transformation, consultancy or software development in hiring, termination tools, and process digitalization. Ideally as a BP improving HR processes or working as a recruitment specialist while improving the process performance and adapting new technologies in a global environment.
The candidate must have completed a university degree in a business-related subject area (e. g., Business Administration, HR, etc.), preferable with a focus on HR, IT, or process optimization. Psychology along with experience in IT or business psychology acceptable.
Have an exceptional understanding of the strategic development process and experience implementing best practices across operations in a global environment.
Have up-to-date knowledge in the most innovative and relevant hiring, termination and knowledge preservation tools and trends.
Demonstrated experience in process mapping and improvement while building requirements and use stories to digitalize processes and increase performance.
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex subject matter effectively.
Can resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, without supervision.
Can build relationships, lead projects and interactions with diplomacy, and use verbal and written communication skills to act as a liaison between the HR function and the business.
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – Standardization and Harmonization. This is a lean, but truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various HR topics spread across geographies will be intense, and global and require certain flexibility and commitment.

Within the Human Resources, the Standardization and Harmonization Technology team will be responsible for all global HR processes from Hire to Retire tools, enabling the digital transformation for HR service delivery. So, you and your colleagues will be the engine for transformation and our future HR landscape.
