How You’ll Make an Impact

• Meet assigned repair/M&U sales target budget
• Look for opportunity of Repair and M&Us
• Generate all necessary information and lead to draft a preliminary proposal
• Coordinate supporting engineering and other resources in accordance with project specific requirements, to ensure timely and high quality inputs, cost effective solutions to proposal.
• Technical communication and clarification with client
• Review technical specification and cost with huludao workshop, Region team and PCCs.
• Prepare required relevant documents for internal project approval process as per company guidelines.
• Participate in technical clarification/negotiation meetings with design institutes, customers, represent and negotiate own scope.
• Support CM to hand over own scope to project execution.
• Develop and maintain historical project proposal database.
• Continuous development and improvement of opportunity of own area of responsibility to improve the winning chances.
• Support project independent market penetration activities and pre-acquisition.

What You Bring

• Bachelor degree and above, Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.
• More than 5 years in related experience in Industrial field
• Good command of English speaking
• EHS Knowledge
• Quality mindset
