Review of the project budget based on the related scope of supply description. The content of the budget shall be reviewed with the executiion team and possible risk and opportunities to be defined including reporting of the measures and actions

-Do the project concurrent cost accounting (PCCA) based on actual cost and check the cost allocations.

- Prepare the cost estimate to complete

-Perform total cost evaluation with the order entry cost calculation.Analyze changes

- Forcase the turnover values with the plan cost.

- Prepare and release the Cost status reports.

- Support the commerical execution process.

-Monthly expense budgeting with reporting to the inquiry future POC.

-Summarize project related NCC( Buget overrun and L/D ) and fill into Pro-Report
