Description

The Change Management Specialist (*) supports the Transformation and Change Management Procurement team, of reporting to the team lead Transformation and Change within the Digitalization and Data Management department on corporate level. This role supports complex global transformation initiatives to ensure their success by managing the people side of change. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment.

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience with 3 years relevant experience in change management or organizational development, ideally with an interest in technology and innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in change management related fields (e.g., business, HR, change management, psychology) is preferred
  • Solid foundational understanding and work experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent conceptual, project management and communication skills, high execution
  • Ability to transfer high complexity into simple, motivational change stories.
  • Proven success and track record of balancing multiple deliverables under tight timelines in a performance driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent facilitation, workshop, and moderation skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
  • Experience in workshop and training design
  • Change management certification is a strong plus
  • Experience in working in a global, complex organization is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German language is a strong plus

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in a team to create the digital transformation journey across the international procurement organization and its stakeholders
  • Support and/ or lead change management for global transformational change initiatives to accelerate successful adoption of change
  • Analyze requirements in change situations (incl. change impact, stakeholder analyses) and develop change architectures
  • Execute change management plans in a project environment
  • Work closely with the global program manager, the project team, leaders, subject matter experts and local procurement teams to ensure buy-in across the organization
  • Develop and execute surveys, interviews and workshops to better understand and improve the experiences and collaboration across all stakeholders
  • Contribute to creation and execution of communication and training/ facilitation plans
  • Measure and analyze impact of activities to continuously improve change management efforts
