How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will partner with leadership to translate business requirements into effective human capital strategies.
• Collaborate with the Regional HR team to achieve project goals and enhance integration across departments.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance in employee management.
• Facilitate organizational development and change management initiatives, guiding local management in addressing HR concerns.
• Communicate and implement HR strategies, focusing on talent management, performance development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of human resources experience, demonstrating your ability to drive change and influence at all levels.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is essential for effective communication.
• In-depth knowledge of the Türkiye Labor Code and employee-employer relationship frameworks.
• International experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to navigate diverse work environments.
