As a Head of Execution Center (f/m/d) at Grid Consulting, your day will be dynamic and filled with diverse activities that stretch across technical, managerial, and strategic domains. You will start your day by reviewing the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that time tracking and revenue generation are on target. You will engage in strategic planning sessions to drive business growth, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships, and oversee the execution quality of consulting projects. Your role is pivotal in mentoring and managing your team, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s goals and client needs.

Located in Split or Zagreb (Croatia), you will be a part of the team of Pro Integris d.o.o. who is the 100% Siemens Energy subsidiary/legal entity.

• Business Management: You play a crucial role in driving the profitability and growth of the consulting group through diligent business management practices. By actively engaging in revenue generation, order intake, and financial forecasting, you ensure the sustainability and expansion of our services.
• Business Growth: Your contribution to strategy development and business development activities directly impacts our market position and the expansion of our consulting portfolio. Your proactive approach to innovation and business planning lays the groundwork for our future success.
• Execution Excellence: You are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of project execution. Through process compliance, partner management, and cross-team collaboration, you ensure our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Team and People Management: Your leadership fosters a collaborative and productive work environment. By coordinating hiring, providing development opportunities, and driving a positive team culture, you build a strong, capable team ready to tackle the challenges of the power system industry.

What You Bring 

• Strong Academic Background: With a University degree in electrical power engineering (Master or PhD), you have the theoretical foundation to understand and innovate within the power systems sector.
• Experience in Power System Consulting: Your proven track record in delivering successful consulting projects and providing expert advice positions you as a leader in the field.
• Business Management Acumen: Your experience in revenue generation, financial oversight, and strategic planning ensures the consulting group’s success and growth.
• Technical Expertise: Your in-depth knowledge and practical experience with power system analysis and design tools equip you to tackle complex challenges and drive technological innovation.
• Leadership and Team Management: Your ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team ensures high performance and a collaborative work environment.
• Client Relationship Management: Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
