Join our dynamic team at Siemens Gamesa, where your passion for renewable energy will drive impactful change! You will support the Corporate Strategy – Market Intelligence function by executing internal projects passionate about key markets, OEM competitors, and policy matters. Envision conducting insightful research and financial analysis, developing new tools for data management, and presenting your findings to colleagues around the globe. You will take ownership of data maintenance and assist with administrative tasks, all while giving to a sustainable future.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will support the execution of internal projects within the Corporate Strategy – Market Intelligence function, focusing on key markets and competitors.
  • Perform research for corporate intelligence, including financial analysis and documentation in the wind industry.
  • Propose and develop new tools and process improvements for effective data management and presentation.
  • Build insightful reports and present your results to the team and global colleagues.
  • Take ownership of data maintenance and assist the team in data mining and administrative tasks.

What You Bring

  • You are pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally in the final stage of your B.Sc. or last semester of your M.Sc. program.
  • You have a strong academic record and proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI skills are a plus).
  • You possess a basic understanding of financial key performance indicators and can analyze diverse data optimally.
  • You are a phenomenal teammate with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working independently.
  • You are proficient in English and have a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow.

About the Team

Our team collaborates closely with the leadership team on competitor analysis, annual reports, and strategic follow-ups. We supervise market movements, particularly in the United States and Latin America, and serve as the primary contact for strategic submissions. Reporting to the Chief Strategic Officer, we play a crucial role in defining strategy at the wind power level. Our daily tasks involve conducting benchmarks and synthesizing information into clear presentations, ensuring we stay informed and proactive in our industry.
