We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic working student to join our team and support our internal communication activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about communication and looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assisting in the development and implementation of our internal communication strategies
- Creating and editing creative internal communication materials such as videos, announcements, and presentations
- Support with coordinating and organizing internal events and activities such as all employee meetings
- Conducting research and gathering information to support internal communication initiatives including utilizing various channels, media, and events, while continuously measuring success and making necessary adjustments
- Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, interests, to ensure consistent and effective communication throughout the organization
What You Bring
- Current study in design, marketing, communication or something similar
- Perhaps some experience in the area of content creation
- An independent and self-reliant working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
