A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student in Communication and Strategy Support, you will embark on a dynamic journey where your day-to-day involves supporting the team in communication, improvement initiatives, and strategic market exploration. You'll be engaged in a variety of tasks, ranging from the coordination of communication efforts to market analysis. Every day presents an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, provide insights, define solutions to challenges, and communicate effectively with stakeholders in a supportive and development-focused environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the planning and execution of communication strategies across various channels, including media relations, social media, and employee engagement
- Create digital content and support the implementation of communication tools and community management/dialogue formats
- Create target group-oriented texts for various channels and formats
- Conduct basic topic research and analysis, and prepare results accordingly
- Assist in conducting market analyses, contribute to the creation of market scenarios, and help derive business implications
- Help coordinate Market & Strategy conferences and other events
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in business administration, social sciences, marketing, communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with foundational skills in data analysis and visualization tools
- Initial experience in communication or editorial work, with the ability to create content for different channels and formats, is a plus
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to the team, with the ability to work on diverse tasks
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and openness to working in an international environment
- A keen interest in market dynamics, the energy sector, and the technology driving the energy transition
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
