How You’ll Make an Impact
- Automatic model conversion from DIgSILENT PowerFactory to PSCAD
- Use of existing tools and libraries for model conversion
- Design of own scripts and techniques to achieve a higher level of automatic model conversion
- Design of automated test procedures to compare the original model in PowerFactory against the converted PSCAD model
- Evaluation and presentation of project results
What You Bring
- Currently Master study in electrical engineering, power engineering or a comparable subject at a university or college
- Good academic record and relevant knowledge and interest in electrical power systems and its control systems
- Experience with or can quickly learn power system simulation tools, such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory and PSCAD
- Familiarity with Python and writing code
- Work well independently or in a team
- Fluent English skills
