A Snapshot of Your Day
Support the Digital Employee Engagement & Change Management team in the ideation, concepting, planning, implementation and measurement of communications & engagement measures for the Digital employees across the world.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Help to develop texts in English and visual designs for various internal channels
- Help maintain our Intranet and SharePoint pages
- Contribute to develop and implement various employee engagement activities
- Support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal events, workshops and meetings
- Might act as a community manager for several internal communities we have in the company
What You Bring
- You're currently a student (bachelor/master) preferably in a Communication Sciences, Business Administration or comparable field
- You are familiar with the concept of products / systems / solutions
- Understand business models, strategies, finance and processes
- You have a talent in writing messages and communications
- Experience in creating simple or advanced visuals like PowerPoints, banners, postcards, videos as well as use the relevant tools
- You have knowledge about the market and the competition and understand the competition from a strategic and financial point of view
- Understand the needs of customers and other contractual partners
- Clear and effective communication in English
- Comfortable working in teams and building strong relationships across cultures
- Pro-active mind-set, flexibility, and adaptability to changing work requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adaptability, good time management and organizational skills
