A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic team where you will lead and inspire projects and teams dedicated to digitalization tax projects. Imagine defining and developing an innovative digitalization strategy alongside the Head of Tax Intelligence and functional/country Heads of Taxes. You will support and/or lead global tax application projects, ensuring compliance with tax regulations across various jurisdictions. As you manage and optimize VAT-related processes in SAP, you will analyze and interpret tax data to drive informed decision-making. Your collaboration with finance and IT teams will be crucial in integrating tax requirements into our business processes, making a significant impact on our operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, steer and motivate a team focused on digitalization tax projects
  • Define and develop a digitalization strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Support and lead global tax application projects to ensure compliance across jurisdictions
  • Manage and optimize VAT-related processes within SAP for efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze tax data to support compliance and strategic decision-making
  • Provide training on tax (data) matters

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in leading a team and 5+ years of professional experience in tax compliance or advisory
  • Experience with tax reporting and related applications
  • In-depth knowledge of European VAT regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., DAC 6, DAC 7).
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly in finance and tax modules
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving approach

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 73.344,18€ gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
