A Snapshot of Your Day

Will be operating alloy saw according to production specifications to produce the correct charge weights and to organize incoming alloy and current inventory by type in the Gibsonton Florida location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform work safely by following all safety rules and providing recommendations to make the Core Department a safe work environment.
• Achieve team production and efficiency goals by working to meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level of Manufacturing.
• Partner with the Core department supervisor to create a daily plan to meet Production targets.
• Create and assign work lists for each employee in the department, ensure that employees remain productive, and produce quality work.
• Performs direct Production Work 50% of the time.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed and cross training as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Able to perform basic math functions using the metric system and read Engineering instructions.
• Previous experience as a core operator or Team Lead is preferred.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
