A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of our Digital Core team, you own and evolve our central AI portfolio of products, services, and use cases, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and value creation. You establish and continuously enhance portfolio-level reporting, frameworks, and methodologies to drive transparency and execution excellence. Working closely with stakeholders across our business areas and functions, you align AI demand and drive awareness of AI enterprise capabilities for successful implementation in business use cases. In collaboration with our management team, you communicate portfolio progress and impact to senior stakeholders. You also lead workshops and awareness sessions with teams across Siemens Energy and our external partner ecosystem.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define, maintain, and continuously evolve the central AI portfolio (products, services, use cases) to ensure strategic alignment with company priorities and business value creation
- Establish portfolio-level reporting on progress, impact, and outcomes, and provide clear visibility of delivery status, dependencies, risks, and achievements across all AI initiatives.
- Continuously improve AI service delivery frameworks, methodologies, and project management practices to enable scalable, efficient, and high-quality execution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business areas and functions, align AI demand with central capabilities and ensure impactful delivery
- Facilitate workshops, AI discovery and awareness sessions to help identify high-value AI opportunities and strengthen AI adoption across the organization
What You Bring
- At least 8 years of proven experience managing complex digital or technology portfolios, including roadmap planning, structured prioritization frameworks, and measurable value tracking
- Strong strategic planning skills and experience in establishing governance structures, KPIs, and continuous improvement mechanisms in agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in industrial environments, with the ability to effectively bridge business needs and technical perspectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear business language, engage senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across diverse organizational units.
- Strong interpersonal, storytelling, and change management skills and ability to operate effectively in a multidisciplinary, multinational, global environment including external partners
