How You’ll Make an Impact?
Work together with relevant stakeholders in project pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customer towards Siemens Energy solutions. 
Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer’s value orientation and preference, Competition Analysis, target price/efficiency, etc.
Establish the most suitable and competitive technical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited to selecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimized components; Responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation with customer.
Coordinate with proposal team to prepare the tender document within customer requested time period; Go through internal process for GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID, etc.
Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
Establish and maintain the partnership with Clients, Design Institutes, EPC contractors, supporting them from technical side. 
Update STG market and customer requirements/trends in Taiwan for related product developments; Support company strategies
Drive sales team, drive sales process, achieve STG sales target in Taiwan.

What You Bring?
 
Bachelor or above, graduates in majored in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power System and Automation, Electric Engineering, Power Electronics and Power Drives
Good communication skills
Team player, excellent service attitude and learning capability
Skilled in English and Chinese: listening, speaking, reading and writing
Customer focus and understand customer's needs
Good master for skill (Communication skill, Working method, Presentation skill, Negotiation skill and Commercial knowledge ,etc), and be responsible for sales of industrial steam turbine, including building-up customer relations, getting project information, defining bid strategy, developing target price, supporting contract negotiation and support project execution.
Good master thermo-turbo machinery product portfolio, product knowledge and application.                               
Know engineering project execution both on technical aspect and project management. Meanwhile, through training in project, have deep understanding of product application and branch know-how.
Drive sales team, drive sales process, achieve sales target.
