A Snapshot of your day
The Site Manager will work with a project execution team, who is responsible for execution and completion of High Voltage Grid Stations projects in line with time, cost and quality requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure strategic alignment and be responsible for all project execution activities to meet interpersonal goals.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage profit & loss and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate, Finance, Legal, Quality, and EHS standards across all projects.
- Maintain open communication with customers and resolve project-related issues optimally.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing contract and claim management strategies, involving assigned contract managers.
- Support the team in identifying and managing risks and opportunities, while encouraging a culture of trust and integrity in line with Business Conduct Guidelines.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university.
- 10-12 years of experience as a Site Manager in a grid station or a related field.
- Familiarity with grid station design principles, electrical protection schemes, and control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and collaborators.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple design review projects simultaneously, and maintain a continuous learning approach to stay updated with industry standards and technological advancements.
