As the Head of Service Operations Head for Control and Digitalization Latin America you will be responsible for directing multi-functional teams focused on the delivery of Control & Electrical Systems in the Power Generation Industry.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsibility over the entire Service Operation Business in Controls & Digitalization LA: including but not limited to Engineering, Field Service, Remote Expert Center and Service Management, EHS, Quality.
- Build, grow and maintain strong Customer and internal partnerships by living the highest standards; drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses to service requests and effective resolution of issues.
- Supervise the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for T3000 Upgrades/Updates, modernizations, electrical projects and Services, T3000 Services, REC Latin America & Digital projects (OAM, Performance, Cybersecurity). Need to Identify, assess, and handle risks and issues that may impact the success of the Service Operations
- Manage resource allocation, staffing, and training to enhance team capabilities and performance and collaborate with multi-functional teams, including sales, project management, engineering, and logistic.
- Enforce quality standards in field service operations, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain high-quality service delivery and also promoting a strong EHS attitude and Zero Harm culture
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- University Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Energy, electrical, electronics, mechanical or similar) with a professional Experience 8+ years. Consistent record of delivering results and leading teams with an international Experience of at least of 2 years leaving abroad.
- Previous management experience demonstrating the ability to successfully deliver complex and high-value projects to customers, showcasing adaptability. Resourceful, flexible, and dedicated to continuous improvement; skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and driving bottom-line results; experience in customer facing roles and ability to communicate clearly to senior management, willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
- General knowledge of Control & Electrical systems as well as with Power Generation and Oil & Gas customers; Fluent in English & Spanish
- Leadership: Strategic thinker with the ability to align field service operations with organizational goals with a customer-focused mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional service: Exhibits emotional maturity and resilience under pressure, sets a high standard for the organization, and leads by example while encouraging the development of others;
- Technical Knowledge in Distributed Control Systems, Omnivise T3000, PLCs, Automaton, Excitation (SEE/SFC) Systems, cybersecurity, power plants.
- Desirable experience working with Power Generation customers in Latin America. Especially state customers like CFE, PEMEX, Petrobras, Enarsa, Ecopetrol, Ende Andina, PDVSA.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
