A Snapshot of Your Day

As a member of the BI & Reporting team within our AC organization, you work on ambitious projects from all areas of the accounting and controlling community. Additionally, you are responsible for support and maintenance of a wide range of standard reporting applications, as well as act as project lead in new projects. Together with our Digital Core department you are working on ways to help our business to drive maximum value from data and reporting solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Contributing into the Digital Finance activities/projects with hands-on opportunity by translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements to support executive decisions and workflows with required information
• Supporting digital finance automatization by writing scripts. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to identify their potential applications in the organization by creating, testing, implementing AI solutions in business environments, considering scalability, reliability, and security.
• Effectively collaborate and connect with various partners to understand data and business requirements and translate them into data models. You will be a partner and advisor to business owners, collaborating to deliver the best technical implementation and helping them digitalize their planning processes
• Designing, creating, and implementing logical and physical data models to capture the structure, relationships, and constraints of relevant datasets - creating dimensions, data cubes and important metric rules
• Develop data modelling best practices, and use these standards to identify and resolve data modelling issues and conflicts
• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of data models for efficient data access and retrieval and creating reports in Power BI / SAC to facilitate data analysis and collection

What You Bring

• Data modelling and AI Expertise: At least five years of experience in data modelling, AI data science, ML engineering, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining, data analytics, or related field
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of data modelling concepts, of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning with strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and optimization, and knowledge of other data science languages, including JavaScript, Python, and R. Knowledge of popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and familiarity with data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing
• Presentation skills: Experience with data visualization software like Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Effective Communication: Good communication, summarization, and presentation skills between diverse departments with the ability to identify patterns, correlations, and to gather requirements and align on data models
• Problem-Solving Mentality: Willingness and ability to stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in data analysis, machine learning, and AI
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, other language is a plus
