Join our dynamic Sales Excellence and Enablement team as a Digitalization Project Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in transforming our sales processes. As the Product Owner for Salesforce in Offshore, you’ll drive digitalization initiatives that boost sales efficiency and ensure data quality. Imagine collaborating with international teams to define and deploy new features, all while keeping our CRM tool at the forefront of innovation. As the Product Owner, you will be working with stakeholders across Wind Power and Siemens Energy to align and enhance strategic processes and support our mission to streamline sales operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and maintain the roadmap for Salesforce and related sales tools, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business impact, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales user communities, IT, and other Product Owners to deploy new features that support standardized processes.
- Manage user access and permissions, ensuring efficient administration and troubleshooting of Salesforce.
- Promote the deployment of core Sales tools and drive improvement topics across the Offshore Sales tool landscape.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or consultant for CRM tools like Salesforce, preferably in international settings.
- 5+ years in sales operations, CRM administration, or product ownership, with strong Salesforce knowledge.
- Technical expertise to quickly adapt to new tools and improve the user journey for Sales employees.
- Excellent coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, international environment.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, with an analytical mindset to translate data insights into improvements.
