A Snapshot of Your Day

Generate and manage stock transfer order and closely monitor schedule and cost of parts manufactured within our factories. Serve as client service managers’ direct point of contact while orders are ongoing across service centers. Work alongside a team of project managers in the manufacture of critical replacement parts for turbomachinery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Generate stock transfer orders (STOs) in SAP for repair projects as requested by Client Service Managers (CSMs).
  • Manage and schedule the delivery dates of multiple STOs for all service centers.
  • Extend parts to various organizational sectors as necessary.
  • Consistently follow up with factories on STOs and projected delivery dates.
  • Update CSMs on status, delivery date changes, and any discrepancies from the original order throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Run Available-to-Promise (ATP) to refresh parts for delivery.
  • Run Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to refresh newly added parts and expedite orders in crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with the ISA and engineering teams to cleanse and release parts status in SAP for purchasing.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for other CSMs in North America.
  • Update the weekly IST/TCP/RCE lists for calls with factories to obtain updates.
  • Assist in QT quote requests and creation as needed and requested by CSMs.
  • Monitor ongoing STOs to ensure strict adherence to budget.
  • Update OnePM projects with parts due dates to facilitate accurate floor scheduling.
  • Support the SR department with STOs as needed, including inventory and parts tracking.
  • Comply with internal quality and safety standards and processes.
  • Assist and support various parts initiatives within the Rapid Response group.

 What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Engineering) required.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP.
  • 3+ years of experience with parts for rotating and/or reciprocating equipment (steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, reciprocating compressors, turbochargers, valves, dry gas seals), manufacturing environment for repair scopes is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in order management or working with multiple orders across multiple sites.
  • Experience with managing project life cycle and cost. Must adapt to fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in an organization with a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality.
  • Occasional overtime work may be needed to support client outages. Strong capability in project management. A team player attitude, working well with others.
  • Teachable attitude, willing to learn. Humble disposition, able to take constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement.
  • Strong work ethic, pursuing excellence, and a high-quality standard.
  • Fluency in English is required.
