A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our team as the main point of contact for all Quality topics in projects. Reporting directly to the Project Director and Head of Quality, you will collaborate closely with the Siemens Energy project team and the customer’s Quality Management representative. Your expertise will ensure that all quality aspects of project delivery align with the quality plan you develop. With a risk-based approach, you will continuously supervise the project, support the closure of non-conformances, conduct monitoring inspections and audits, and ensure that all quality documents are meticulously planned and delivered with the final handover in mind. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department and the wider business, enhancing our efficiency and competitiveness.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will develop, implement, and enforce quality standards and specifications, ensuring project outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
- By implementing robust quality assurance processes, you will significantly reduce errors, rework, and delays, optimizing time and resources.
- You will identify potential non-conformance reports (NCRs) and risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate these issues.
- You will ensure all project activities align with relevant regulations and standards, safeguarding the company’s reputation.
- You will provide guidance and training to the project team on quality expectations and procedures, fostering a culture of quality awareness and excellence.
What You Bring
- An engineering degree or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, commissioning, or field service.
- Proven experience in operational quality management or quality assurance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project, contract, and process management.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001, Lessons Learned, and SWOT analyses, preferably in Grid and Transmission Technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Fabasoft
- Excellent level of German and English language

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 61.376,42 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
