This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and enhance our Environmental, Quality, and Safety (EQS) initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within our organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Leadership: Lead the EQS team, providing guidance and direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain EQS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with environmental, quality, and safety factors across all operational areas.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of EQS principles, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EQS performance and efficiency, utilizing data-driven insights and best practices.
Communication: Serve as a focal point for EQS communication, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing among internal stakeholders.
Audits and Inspections: Oversee EQS audits and inspections, ensuring timely resolution of findings and implementation of corrective actions.

What you Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in EQS management, in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of relevant environmental, quality, and safety regulations and standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in developing and implementing EQS policies, procedures, and training programs.
Proficiency in data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
