A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of Quality Management Team you will be involved in QMS activities across Gas Services including the provision of support to Supply Chain Management. Your day will be diverse but will ultimately be to ensure that all products and services either manufactured in house or procured meet Customer requirements by monitoring defined processes and systems!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will support the Head of Quality in the development and documentation of the Gas Services Quality Management System ensuring compliance to ISO 9001.
- You will represent the Company on quality matters at meetings with Customers and Suppliers.
- You will monitor conformance to QMS requirements and report non-conformances including the issue of corrective action requests escalating to the Head of Quality when necessary.
- You will provide QM support to all Gas Services UK&IE businesses.
- Lead investigations into quality problems and Customer complaints.
- Carry out internal and supplier Quality Audits, prepare Reports, issue Corrective Action Requests and monitor responses.
- Support the Vendor Approval process.
- Conduct Supplier Surveillance Visits and Witness Inspections in the UK and Overseas when required.
What You Bring
- Minimum BTEC HNC or equivalent. Must be computer literate (word processing, spreadsheets, drawings/graphics and databases).
- Comprehensive knowledge of products and manufacturing processes.
- Worked in a Quality Environment for a minimum of 2 years or have good understanding of Company systems and their application.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
