A Snapshot of Your Day


As a highly effective professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will be providing leadership and coordinating audit work schedules for a team of auditors. Also, monitoring the progress or job specialization to include coordinating assignments and audit activities of others such as planning, and reviewing for adherence with deadlines.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Will be developing audit plans, performing audits, and leading audit teams.
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of the QA documentation and supporting the QA organization with the roll-up of issues to identify adverse trends.
  • Reviews site and department performance, based on performance and risk insights, selects areas for surveillance, and selects plant activities for observation if required.
  • Evaluating internal controls and analyzing audits performed.
  • Providing guidance to auditors and coordinating training for them.
  • Confirming that the audit documentation meets Siemens Energy requirements in general will oversee the internal audit program.
  • Other duties and cross-training may be assigned as needed.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of two-year experience in internal auditing.
  • ISO 9001 knowledge and Sap
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor
  • ASQ Quality Process Analyst
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft desktop applications. Ability to maintain and utilize databases and other software.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
