A Snapshot of Your Day
You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the integrated project schedule for large energy projects according to the stipulated rules and guidelines applicable within the project organization.
The overall objective is to provide the Project Manager with the tools and information to facilitate the overall project execution.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Set-up, configuring, processing and updating the project execution time schedule comprising about 3.000 activities with Primavera Enterprise P6
- Planning and tracking for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of power plants, transmissions installation and hybrid projects - at international locations
- Planning and coordination of project deadlines with Engineering Team Managers, Site Managers and suppliers over the entire duration of the contract
- Regular quantification of project progress by means of critical path analysis
- Analysis of deviations
- Elaborating appropriate countermeasures in the event of delays
- Project reporting
What You Bring
- Engineering degree or successful completion of a technical based apprenticeship
- Experience in engineering, project management, working with/ at construction sites or at transmission and/ or substation plants
- Project management methods
- Engineering, fabrication, field assembly and commissioning know-how and knowledge about associated interfaces
- Experience in using Primavera Enterprise P6, MS Project
- Knowledge of Network technique, Scheduling Methodologies and Critical path analysis
- Good English language skills, German language skills are of advantage
- Communication and teamwork skills for creative development of our projects in international environments, initiative, results orientation and assertiveness, ability and willingness to learn
