  • Integrate quality gates and governance checkpoints into project planning and execution to ensure early risk identification and controlled decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and external partners.
  • Prepare and maintain standard PMO documentation, including project charters, schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Support organizational PM maturity by contributing lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or service-oriented environment.
  • Prior exposure to power transformers, electrical equipment, heavy industry, or repair/service operations is required.
  • Formal training in Project Management methodologies aligned with recognized standards (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent PMO frameworks).
  • Demonstrated experience working within a PMO structure, following standardized methodologies, governance, and reporting requirements.
  • Hands-on experience developing, implementing, or standardizing project management processes and procedures, particularly in organizations undergoing growth or transformation.
  • Currently based or willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
