How You’ll Make an Impact

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of power plant projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring all project variables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and HSE targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project risks, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes to minimize risk and optimize project performance.
• Analyze and interpret legal terms and conditions.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and make data-driven decisions to improve project outcomes.
• Motivate and coach project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and instilling a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

What you Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Project management certification is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing and successfully delivering large-scale projects from initiation to completion within the power plant, energy, or comparable industry.
• Experience in EPC, turnkey, lump sum projects including project management, interface management, and construction management in all EPC execution phases up to performance testing and project handover.
• Jobsites experience as a project management representative during the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases.
• Proficient in risk management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking skills, and effective problem-solving techniques.
• Very good written and spoken English; additional language knowledge, especially Arabic, is an advantage.
