A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, your day will be dynamic and collaborative, involving close coordination with various teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. A typical day includes issuing project invoices to customers and partnering with CPMs to update cost models. You will review cost plan expenditures, approve supporting invoices, and liaise with technical counterparts to confirm headcount and outstanding costs. Additionally, you will monitor the progression of hourly rates and follow up on inventory positions across different sites to maintain alignment with project needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support Project Team in Execution of Service Contracts – Project Billing/Revenue Plans/Cost Models – collaboration with the CPM Team is Key
• Ensure Collection of Project Accounts Receivable
• Bring Transparency to Cost Center Controlling – Hourly Rate/Cost
• Work with the Operational Team to seize opportunities to drive down costs.
• Help Build consistent report that will allow for measurement of costing across the business.
• Work Collaborative with the team in a positive/supportive manner.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
• SAP experience
• Project Controlling Experience including contract knowledge and interpretation
• Cost Center Controlling Experience – managing cost centers.
• Business Controlling Reporting Experience.

About the Team

The Project Controlling Team works in different locations with NAM (Orlando/US, Oakville/CA, and Remote) supporting multiple areas of the business (Project Controlling/Cost Center Controlling/Tooling/Freight/Inventory/Income & Balance Sheet Management)
