If you are an experienced product development professional passionate for leading change and wouldn't like to have a day like the other, this role is made for you. You will be end-to-end responsible for designing, creating, and delivering customer driven digital products and solutions to make a real impact in the energy market and the energy transformation. How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Product Owner (f/m/d), you will be responsible end to end for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a team to ensure the most valuable and accurate functionality of a product or multiple software development products.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders(Internal and external) during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features, so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Seek product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business result commitments.
  • Maintain and groom the backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects the evolving needs of the business and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality by evaluating results of iterations and either approve/ accept or reject results based on DONEness criteria.
  • Proactively identify and address any obstacles or bottlenecks that may impede progress towards project goals.
  • Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.
  • Ensure execution of the plan by driving the multi-functional development team to accomplish goals and commitments.

What You Bring

  • Total 10+ years of work experience after master’s degree in computer science, data science, electrical engineering or comparable education
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner and proven success record in similar roles driving new digital products and digital transformation.
  • You have proven experience in software design and development practices
  • Experience in the electrical transmission industry and Certification on PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PM is added advantage
  • You are thrilled by new technologies, you understand IoT, digitalization and automation and you keep an eye on the latest developments in this space
  • Entrepreneur thinking and business-driven, with a clear understanding how to shape profitable products and business
  • Strong drive and understanding of digital technology as well as a customer-centric mentality.
  • You have international experience working abroad and with different cultures and can connect with international team members and customers in fluent business English (mandatory)
