The Performance Controlling Manager oversees and ensures accurate, timely, and efficient reporting related to the financial situation of the factory.  Is responsible for efficient tracking, controlling, and financial forecasting crucial for decision-making and process improvement at the Siemens Energy transformer factory in Colombia. Responsibilities include cost center monitoring, internal controls execution, and monthly closing.

How You’ll Make an Impact

●       Monitoring and controlling of assigned cost centers, including identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures.

●       Supports, coordinates, and drives the planning process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

●       Interacts on a frequent basis with stakeholders in Head Quarters and corporate departments in the country and the region.

●       Conducting month-end tasks such as cost reallocation and provision control.

●       Performing monthly internal controls, detailed analysis for improvement, and financial results review.

●       Managing currency risk and hedging operations.

●       Supporting corporate strategy for bids and project execution, focusing on price escalation formula aligned with business objectives and strategies.

●       Manages scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs of the organization.

●       Leading digital transformation through the implementation of digital control tools and promoting digitalization projects.

●       Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency.

●       Leads and executes complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies.

What You Bring 

●       Professional in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

●       Experience in Controlling minimum 6 years.

●       Proficiency in data analysis tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in Managing analytics in Excel and ERP systems like SAP.

●       Fluent in English, written and spoken.

●       Motivated in complex and changing environments, skills in conceptual work, self-management, and project management.

●       Ability to communicate effectively in interdisciplinary and international teams, with strong interpersonal skills and presentation ability to management. High analytical capacity and attention to detail.
