A Snapshot of Your Day
You will work in a dynamic fast passed manufacturing environment working on various technical projects. The day will start off attending a Gemba meeting to understand project status and obstacles for the day. Then can go from leading a customer visit to managing a shipment to a customer site.
How You’ll Make an Impact
● Manage multiple concurrent projects at the Charlotte repair facility, ensuring timely execution and coordination.
● Communicate project status updates to customers through written reports and verbal briefings.
● Generate and process Extra Work Requests and change orders, securing customer approvals.
● Facilitate customer engagements including planning meetings, site visits, and witness inspections.
● Coordinate logistics and information flow across internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
● Track and analyze performance metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and data insights.
What You Bring
● Technical Degree preferred in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering – equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
● 5+ years related work experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Project Management
● Strong work ethic and willing to do what it takes to get the job done on time and with high quality
● Expert written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills
● MRP experience is preferred – SAP experience is emphasized

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
