Entering and managing parts and repair orders in SAP PD2.  You will have daily interaction with our manufacturing facilities as well as with our team in Orlando.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create and Maintain X-Projects in SAP PD2
• Create and Maintain Sales Orders in SAP PD2
• Create and Maintain Service Contracts in SAP PD2
• Provide External Buyers with Requisitions for purchase Orders to be placed with External Vendors
• Create Purchase Orders on Internal Shops (WSC, CLT) in SAP PD2
• in SAP PD2

§  Requisitions without a PO

§  Missed Billing

§  GR/IR Discrepancies

§  Past Due Delivery Error

§  Billing Blocks

§  Order Invalid Purchase Order Date

§  Other alerts as needed.

What You Bring

• Fluent English Speaking and Reading.
• Ability to travel to the USA (VISA)
• Bachelor of Sciences in Business, Engineering or related field or working towards degree
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Experience with SAP PD2 preferred.
• Microsoft Office – Excel proficiency a plus

• Must be a self-starter and highly professional.
• Results Oriented & attention to detail.
• Ownership mindset
• Knowledge of business, financial, and operational processes

• Effective communication and organizational skills are a must.

• Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.
• Strong Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills
• Willingness to learn more and assist others during peak season.
