HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Precision and Excellence: Use a variety of tools and precision measuring equipment to assemble components with meticulous care.
Operations: Operate lifting equipment and fixtures efficiently, ensuring seamless assembly and accurate recording of build figures.
Collaborative Environment: Foster open communication with supporting departments, creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
Culture of Innovation: Maintain a culture of excellence and tidiness through 5S practices, while constantly seeking process improvement ideas.
Quality and Safety: Uphold a strong commitment to quality and safety, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
WHAT YOU BRING
Expertise: experience in a relevant mechanical industry, preferably exposed to mechanical fitting related to rotating equipment
Qualifications: Preferably completed a recognized full level 3 apprenticeship, Candidates will also be considered that have an NVQ level 3 or Technical certificate in a relevant engineering field.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail ensures every assembly is crafted with precision in line with company standards.
Dedication to Safety: Strong safety and quality driven mindset and collaborative teamwork approach.
