Your day starts with engaging in a diverse IT ecosystem, utilizing technologies from custom developments to cloud services and SaaS applications while collaborating with internal and external providers. You enhance your skills through various training courses and thrive in a dynamic, project-driven environment. Regular personal development reviews help you track progress and set new goals. Throughout the day, you work closely with your team to achieve common objectives and drive project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • prioritization of system-related changes & communication with all relevant stakeholders
  • collaborate closely with experts to understand functional requirements 
  • transform requirements into IT system requirements / User Stories
  • assume responsibility for the Implementation of User Stories within larger IT implementation projects or Change Requests
  • plan and execute deployments of functional or technical changes
  • support Service Manager by supervising IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures & standards
  • implement, design and document new and existing IT operational processes as well as perform individual coaching and trainings for business users

What You Bring
  • university degree in Business Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • extensive professional experience supporting finance IT systems, particularly within financial service providers, corporate treasuries, or banks
  • responsible for prioritization and implementation coordination of changes within the Market Risk and Cash Management team as a Lead IT Business Analyst
  • experienced in configuring and maintaining complex Treasury Management Systems, ideally with knowledge of FIS Quantum and Mendix or other low-code platforms
  • strong understanding of requirements engineering techniques, flow chart design, and previous experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, with some functional leadership experience (e.g., Sub-Project Manager)
  • excellent organizational skills, teamwork, clear communication style, structured working approach, high degree of independence, and business fluency in English (German is a plus)
