A Snapshot of Your Day

The Field Service IT Applications Engineer is responsible to drive all IT projects for Field Service in the region, including digitalization of manual efforts, overseeing software development, and creating visualization dashboards that consolidate important data points for analysis.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead Scrum master for Field Service IT projects, including leading software projects, requirements gathering, remove blockers, JIRA, etc.
  • Develops and consolidates data into reports (Tableau, SSRS, Excel VBA).
  •  Develops workflows (Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL Server).
  •  Develops software as needed to support business needs, digitalizing manual efforts (Excel and access Visual Basic for Applications).
  •  Performs unstructured data analysis tasks.
  • Manages sites & apps (end-users' accesses, troubleshooting and changes).

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT, Data Analytics or similar field.
  • Effective analytical, problem solving, communication and organizational skills. Works well in team and individual settings.
  • Experience leading, overseeing software products development.
  •   Bilingual: speak/write in English and Spanish.
  • Must be based in México or in any other country in South America.
  •  Advanced computer and programming skills: Visual Basic for Applications (Excel + Access),  API knowledge (it is not required to develop APIs), Tableau desktop, SQL Server, JIRA, PL/SQL Oracle (nice to have), APEX Oracle (nice to have), Scrum Developer, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master (nice to have)

About the Team

The position reports to Region Latin America’s Service Operations, Field Service and Tools, Resource Management organization, supporting for all Region Latin America’s Field Service resource management initiatives and process improvements to ensure field service strategies and objectives are met, including data gathering for resource allocation, analysis of cross-Business Unit efficiencies and manpower/tooling assessments.
