A Snapshot of Your Day
Heading a regional and team with varied strengths, also collaborating with colleagues from other regions and global, you will be responsible for owning operational performance of HR Services in North America, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery! You will also take a key role in driving HR transformation initiatives within your region, implementing harmonized and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in payroll and HR products.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- A "Regional HR Services Head" is a kind of "Swiss army knife" for various topics in HR services, being the focal point in ensuring efficient and effective delivery through an eco-system of providers
- Inspiring change initiatives in area of responsibility, often across several/all HR functions and involving (senior) business leaders
- Building and strengthening process know-how in order to future proof the organization
- Support of other HR IT / Business Process initiatives, e.g. giving regional or topic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries
- Work closely and service management of the business process outsourcing service provider, ensuring quality operations, whilst taking the lead on deficiency resolution
- A major contributor in our global HR transformation project, whilst ensuring continuing of existing operations
What You Bring
- Bachelors Degree in Administration with HR or a combination of HR/IT, or Business Information Systems preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk)
- Proven experience in managing senior collaborators and leading small teams, with a strong track record in delivering change and improvement projects in HR services.
- Knowledge of HR IT systems, particularly Workday HCM and ServiceNow, along with experience in managing an ecosystem of partners and vendors in HR services.
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with a self-directed approach to driving initiatives to completion in a global and flexible environment.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – HR Systems and Services, a truly global and team with varied strengths of specialists with an open attitude, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various topics spread across HR operations and geographies will be intense, global and require certain flexibility and dedication.
