Sobre el papel
- Delivery of customer requirements to agreed time, cost and quality standards as well as deep understanding of value chain and main operational issues of customers
- Senior customer relationship management from business development through to contract execution and into repeat business
- Thorough understanding of the industry, its drivers and challenges as well as the ability to create a value proposition leading into a USP for Siemens Energy
- Engagement & motivation of internal team / unit and well established in external and internal network
- In depth knowledge of key competitors and their access to customers as well as knowledge of main business models of different customers
- Ability to create customer demand and influence on relevant Siemens Energy market portfolio
- Effective track record of managing P&L responsibility in offshore business or offshore large-scale projects, strong customer relationship management at all levels as well as people management skills, including coaching and leadership
- Sales and/or Project Delivery Experience, excellence in risk & contractual analysis as well as comprehensive know how in respective industry is required
- Combination of various products and /or systems, customer specific engineering-, project planning, construction- and commissioning effort in large extent is required
- Strong knowledge of Siemens Energy solutions as well as experience in cross border business is a plus
- Project management certification for senior project management or higher as well as experience in leading a smaller BU and in analysing and developing a market and customer base is desirable
- Translating strategy, targets, and customer needs into actionable proposals, persuades collaborators, partners, and customers, builds teams from different cultures, resolves conflicts
