A Snapshot of Your Day 

The day starts with a global sync call to discuss current requirements and project statuses. This is followed by a workshop with a business unit to gather new requirements. In the afternoon, analysis results are documented and aligned with Enterprise Architecture Team. In between, the team lead supports analysts with methodological questions and plans training initiatives. The day ends with a short exchange with project management on the progress of critical initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Lead a global team of business analysts supporting strategic IT and OT projects
  • Coordinate and prioritize requirements from various business units
  • Ensure consistent analysis and documentation standards worldwide
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture and Project Management to develop solutions
  • Promote continuous improvement of methods and tools in the business analysis domain
  • Mentor and develop team members

What You Bring
  • At least a bachelor´s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in business analysis, ideally in global projects
  • Leadership experience in international and virtual teams
  • Strong knowledge of requirements management methods (e.g., UML, BPMN)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
