Come join us at Steam Turbines and Generators Mesoamerica! As a Finance Manager, you will serve as a trusted strategic business partner to the Head of Finance. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of financial analysts and accountants, ensuring seamless financial management and execution for the company's portfolio. This role demands strong leadership in driving high performance, financial expertise, and strategic stakeholder management capabilities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and accountants, overseeing their daily activities and development.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Head of Finance and other senior leaders.
• Manage the financial aspects of projects, including cost control, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

What You Bring

• Experience in Finance roles (5+ years)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
