We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

• Assist in the creation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Update and maintain presentations to ensure they are accurate and relevant.
• Provide support in reporting headcount data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all necessary information for invoicing is up to date and accurate.
• Update and maintain distribution lists to facilitate effective communication.
• Manage purchase orders from initiation to completion for ramp-up costs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions for operational enhancements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned based on team needs.

What You Bring (requirements)

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Interest in process automation and continuous improvement.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
