- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Assist the sales team in growing market share for Grid Enhancing Technologies and achieving annual financial targets.
- Represent customer needs and market demands within the organization to align internal efforts.
- Lead, empower, and manage a diverse and international team.
- Support lead generation and coordinate the full offer lifecycle—from bid management to deal closure.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in technical sales and/or offer management, ideally within the Energy sector.
- Long term experience in team leadership and in areas such as sales strategy, offer management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and business models, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrates ownership mentality, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus), with strong skills in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
