Siemens Energy Industrial Gas Turbines in Lincoln is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Intelligence Lead to join our dynamic team. You will mentor the existing team to build and implement the digital strategy, focusing on data integration, data migration, and business intelligence solutions.

A Snapshot of Your Day

This role has a mixture of ongoing process driven work, as well as more dynamic project focused work, resulting in a varied and fast paced daily schedule. Such activities may include:

• Interface and network across all business functions, fostering positive relationships
• Work with local DI team and other teams to define solutions
• Capture business and customer requirements and translate them into strategic solutions with roadmaps and execution plans
• Coach and mentor colleagues and team members

How You Will Make an Impact

As the Digital Intelligence Lead, you will be the main point of contact for digital infrastructure across the Lincoln business, developing and driving strategic roadmaps whilst guiding and leading in the development of digital solutions. As part of the role, you will ensure successful project implementation and share best practices and technical experience to create a culture of learning, to support continuous improvement across the team and the wider business.

What You Bring to the Role

• We are seeking applications from people with a university degree in a relevant field
• You can offer proven ability of operating at a strategic level complemented with hands on Data Engineering experience.
• You have knowledge and experience of building data models in SQL and Python for Data Science, dashboards and business automation process.
• Project management experience including budget management, progress monitoring, and on-time delivery.
• Superb communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• You're know for your pro-active and driven approach, with strong leadership skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
