A Snapshot of Your Day

In this technical role, you will be an internal data specialist with a strong focus on finance data and the implementation of data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing financial data analytics projects, enhancing existing finance processes through data improvements, and maintaining planning and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership of projects and is proficient in the latest finance analytics tools and platforms.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement finance data analytics solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Design, develop, and maintain financial planning and reporting applications using Jedox
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Perform data analysis and visualization to support financial decision-making processes
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all finance analytics solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support to finance stakeholders and team members
What You Bring
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in finance data analytics or a related field
  • Proven experience developing data analytics solutions with Alteryx, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and best practices in finance data management
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a finance context
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
