A Snapshot of Your Day


Join Siemens Energy as a Construction Site Manager and take the lead in the on-site construction of High-voltage (HV) connection works for Datacenter projects. Imagine ensuring safe and compliant execution through energization and handover while being accountable for site progress. You will coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with Siemens Energy's quality and EHS standards. Your strong technical leadership will be essential in managing complex construction environments, interfacing effectively with customers and stakeholders, and driving swift resolution of site issues in fast-paced data center programs.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead on-site execution of HV connection activities, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and performance targets.
  • Plan and supervise site set-up and organization to enable smooth delivery in live or space-constrained data center environments.
  • Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors, driving collaboration and compliance with method statements and QA/QC requirements.
  • Monitor time schedule progress using specific customer tools and dedicated reporting.
  • Manage technical and commercial matters on-site in close alignment with the Project Manager and Project Engineer, including progress reporting and cost control.
 

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Site Manager/Construction Manager on complex construction sites, preferably within HV/MV electrical infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of HV/MV substations and related site activities, including applicable standards and safety rules.
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a technical high school diploma with proven equivalent experience.r
  • Proficiency with project management tools and site reporting.
  • Fluent English for technical purposes, both spoken and written. Fluency in Italian is also mandatory.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 45.000 – € 65.000 gross per year.

 
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
 
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
