A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Compliance Risk Management & Internal Controls Corporate team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Siemens Energy’s legal and compliance landscape. As a compliance analytics expert, you’ll dive into data analysis and visualization, crafting insights from vast datasets using innovative prescriptive analytics and machine learning techniques. Your day will be filled with designing and prototyping dashboards that empower our legal and compliance teams with actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with various management levels, presenting your findings and acting as a crucial bridge to our IT departments. Your work will drive digitalization initiatives, ensuring our compliance processes are both innovative and effective.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify compliance risks and perform mitigation strategies.
- Design and prototype user-friendly dashboards that enhance data visualization for legal and compliance purposes.
- Proactively develop and implement digitalization initiatives to streamline compliance processes.
- Collaborate with various management levels to present findings and insights effectively.
- Serve as a critical interface between compliance teams and IT departments to ensure alignment and support for internal projects.
What You Bring
- A university degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, IT, or an equivalent field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of IT Rollouts, International Audits, Risk Management, Internal audit or AML
- Project management experience in international environment; change management experience is desirable.
- Knowledge in GRC-tools, digitalization techniques, and essential software like MS Office, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Python, and SAP-data.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Polish and English (C1); proficiency in German or other languages is beneficial.
- You can work independently and prioritize demanding tasks and you are a team player.
