Commercial Project Support in the implementation of long-term Service Contracts and open market orders

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the execution of EU-internal and non-EU-shipments of parts, tools, consumables etc.by arranging part- shipments
• Support the execution of shipments of parts to refurbishment workshops including preparation of the dispatch notes and accompanying documents as well as delivery tracking.
• Support cost controlling on project level incl. Re-bookings of cost in alignment with the HQ CPM
• Preparation of time & material invoicing to the regional entities or customers as per contract/order                                                                                                              
• Creation of project structures (WBS) in relevant SAP systems including status tracking up to preparation of closure of the project                                                       
• Preparation of obligatory ICFR / SOA documentation on project level for the monthly execution of defined control requirements                                          
• Support the creation of documentation for permanent establishments for the fiscal disclosure including the maintenance of the PE tool.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the superior manager.

What You Bring

• Successful bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or similar education.
• Experience in the major commercial aspects and project financials (controlling & reporting) of engineering and construction projects,
• Good proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Good proficiency with financial software applications, and SAP (KSP)
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or other business intelligence applications favorable.
• Good English skills required, German skills favorable.
• Ability to learn fast, managing large sources & amount of information.
