Our Compression Service Organization is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated Commercial Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects and project financials for Service Orders and acting as finance partner to our sales and project management organization. The position requires working in a dynamic environment, where financial expertise is brought to the bid, proposal, and contract execution processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Review, analyze, and negotiate financial and commercial components of customer proposals and Master Frame Agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Leads and Project Managers to ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations during contract negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive commercial support for assigned projects, adhering to PM@SE guidelines and contractual agreements.
• Manage all commercial aspects and project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, risk management, and optimizing profit margins and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS 15 & local GAAP), as well as legal, tax, and foreign exchange regulations.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, addressing progress, challenges, and solutions, while being open to travel as needed (up to 10%).

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Administration or in Finance, preferably with experience in Project Execution
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, percentage of completion (PoC) accounting, and strong skills with Microsoft Office applications and SAP are required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required.
