A Snapshot of Your Day
As Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in providing finance support and co-ordination to Grid Technologies Sales organization. This role covers commercial activities as, creation and manage sales orders / Invoicing, cost control and business analysis.
You will have a strong interaction with others commercial project managers, technical project managers and overall business support functions, being responsible for commercial and contractual requirements of the Sales Orders / Projects are met, accounting rules, payment plans, taxation, collections are followed, financial forecasting, and risk management is enabled.
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
· Supports the Commercial Project Manager Head and Project Manager in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
· Project Cost and Free Cash Flow Forecasting. Maintain good quality of forecasting accuracy.
· Ensure accurate balance Sheet Accounting.
· Facilitate prompt invoicing to the customer.
· Actively manages accounts receivables and collections arrive on time.
· Actively supervises guarantees and makes sure the guarantees are collected upon expiry for credit limit management.
· Reporting and presentation of various business KPI as and when required.
· Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local Gaap requirements.
· Drive digitalization.
· Handle other Business Unit specific requests.

- Business Administration/ Finance qualification
- Good knowledge about SAP & MS Office
· Knowledge in IFRS accounting standards.
